Digital Coach/Trainer - Education and Commercial

Do you have experience of working within Education as someone who has supported digital transformation? Have you supported staff in a business setting to share your technical knowledge and skills?

Primary Goal have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and self-motivated Digital Coach/Trainer who is passionate about supporting apprentices on their learning journey through our Digital Champions programme. 

The successful applicant will be supporting School and business Staff, including leaders, teachers and admin/support staff throughout their apprenticeship to achieve their goals as part of digital transformation within their workplaces.

Essential knowledge & skills:

• Experience of working within Schools, FE or HE
• Experience of supporting staff in businesses with technical knowledge
• Teaching, coaching or training experience.
• Experience of using School MIS Systems for administrative and reporting functions
• Experience of working with school leadership to achieve staff digital training and upskilling 
• Experience of using technologies to improve workload efficiencies and performance
• Demonstrable knowledge or practical experience of digital transformation in schools or businesses.
• Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to work to targets and deadlines.
• Experience in offering information, advice and guidance.
• A keen eye for detail with a focus on quality and compliance.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with learners, employers and colleagues.

Desirable knowledge & skills:

• Coaching/Assessor/Teaching qualification(s).
• Excellent knowledge of Google and Microsoft education platforms and workspace/365 Applications
• Experience of school leadership, administration and education
• Understanding of school payment systems
• Good understanding and experience of using Education MIS Systems (Arbor, Bromcom, SIMS)
• MS, Google, AI, Apple, Cisco, CompTIA Technical qualification(s).
• An understanding of apprenticeship standards 
• Experience of using digital applications in a school setting such as A.I tools, automation, productivity software and school support applications. 
• Experience training others in the use of AI tools and Automation
• Understanding of DfE AI guidelines and digital standards
