Primary Goal have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and self-motivated Digital Coach/Trainer who is passionate about supporting apprentices on their learning journey through our Digital Champions School Support programme. https://primarygoal.ac.uk/our-courses/digital-professional-services/
The successful applicant will be supporting School Support Staff throughout their apprenticeship to achieve their goals as part of digital transformation within their workplaces.

Essential knowledge & skills:
- Experience of working in a school support/admin role within an educational setting
- Teaching, coaching or training experience.
- A passion for education.
- Experience of using technologies to improve workload efficiencies and performance
- Demonstrable knowledge or practical experience of digital transformation in schools or businesses.
- Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to work to targets and deadlines.
- Experience in offering information, advice and guidance.
- A keen eye for detail with a focus on quality and compliance.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with learners, employers and colleagues.
Desirable knowledge & skills:
- Coaching/Assessor/Teaching qualification(s).
- Good understanding and experience of using Education MIS Systems
- Technical qualification(s).
- An understanding of apprenticeship standards
- Experience of using digital applications in a school setting such as A.I tools, automation, productivity software and school support applications.
