Do you have experience of working in businesses training staff to be more productive using Microsoft applications? Do you want to share your knowledge and skills to support staff within a business setting?

Primary Goal have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and self-motivated Digital Coach/Trainer who is passionate about supporting apprentices on their learning journey through our AI Microsoft Corporate programme.

The successful applicant will be supporting staff throughout their apprenticeship to achieve their goals as part of digital transformation and optimising their use of AI and Microsoft application licences within their workplaces.

Essential knowledge & skills:

Experience of training staff in MS Office, Co-pilot and Power Apps
Teaching, coaching or training experience.
A passion for digital transformation and using AI tools
Experience of using technologies to improve workload efficiencies and performance
Demonstrable knowledge or practical experience of digital transformation in businesses.
Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to work to targets and deadlines.
Experience in offering information, advice and guidance.
A keen eye for detail with a focus on quality and compliance.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with learners, employers and colleagues.

Desirable knowledge & skills:

Coaching/Assessor/Teaching qualification(s).
Good understanding and experience of using automation technologies
Microsoft Certified Trainer
Any relevant IT Certifications
An understanding of apprenticeship standards
Experience of working within digital apprenticeships, bootcamps or funded training programmes
